Synapsea
API & integrations

How do you get your software systems talking without rebuilding everything?

By building clean interfaces between them: documented APIs, connectors to your CRM, ERP or store, reliable and traceable synchronizations. We work within what exists, without forcing a rebuild, and we leave behind data flows your teams can monitor.

What we take care of

Design and development of REST (OpenAPI) and SOAP APIs

CRM, ERP and e-commerce integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite, Dell Boomi, PrestaShop)

Data synchronization and business connectors

Webhooks, asynchronous processing and exchange automation

Third-party service integration (payments, e-signature, messaging, mapping)

Situations

Sound familiar?

The same data is typed three times

In the CRM, in accounting, in the line-of-business software. Every re-entry is an error waiting to happen.

A partner demands an API

A customer, a government contract, a platform: you need to expose your data cleanly and quickly.

The nightly exports break

Flat files, fragile scripts, errors discovered the next morning.

Method

How we work

01

Map the flows

Who talks to whom, which data, how often, which source of truth.

02

Design the contracts

OpenAPI specifications, transformation rules, error handling and replays.

03

Build

APIs, connectors, asynchronous queues, webhooks; end-to-end tests.

04

Monitor

Logs, alerts, an exchange dashboard for your teams.

Track record

What we have already done in this area

Energy · integrations

An information system connected to Salesforce, NetSuite and Dell Boomi

Projects led from design to delivery, CRM and ERP integrations, teams trained in engineering standards.

Public sector · partner interfaces

Interfaces preserved throughout a complete rebuild

Exchanges with the partner systems of a national platform were kept identical throughout the migration.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask before we start

Can you integrate software that has no API?

Often, yes: scheduled exports, database access, files, or UI automation as a last resort. We check it during scoping.

How do you handle synchronization errors?

Every exchange is logged, replayable and monitored; an error triggers an alert, never a silent loss.

Do we need a middleware?

Not always. For two or three flows, direct connectors are enough; beyond that, we propose a dedicated integration layer.

Who maintains the connectors afterwards?

Your teams, with the documentation and monitoring we deliver, or us as part of an ongoing support plan.

Two systems that don't talk to each other? It's the most common case, and the fastest to solve.

Describe the two tools and what needs to flow between them; we reply within 2 business days.
